Very helpful - I rang from Melbourne about an Express Post item that was awaiting collection there (had a buyer who was desperate to get the goods in a hurry), and not only were they familiar with the item, they'd actually called the customer to let him know it had arrived and was awaiting pick-up.Great customer service - seller and buyer both very happy!
