I had an appointment today with the lovely Hayley at the Chermside Concept Store. Wow! What an amazing experience. I was greeted so warmly and was made feel so special while Hayley transformed me from drab to fab. I looked and felt so glamorous, all ready for my work Xmas party! All of the staff were so friendly! Thanks ladies!

I'd like to commend Brenda, from MAC Westfield Chermside. She was really friendly and helpful. My friend and I had no idea what shade we would need when we got in the store. She patiently listened to know what we are looking for and gave us different options. We left the store really happy and excited with the lippies and foundation we got and actually had to go back to see the best blush-on that would suit. Our wallets may not be too happy today but we are absolutely pleased with the service we got. I have been to this store a few times and I always leave happy and excited with the items I get. Well done ladies!

I have heard good things about this store and range. Staff are friendly but I don’t believe they have a way to sterilise their makeup for testers like their competitor downstairs does.But if you know what you like and you don’t need to test then you may love having a Mac store at Chermy.

Had An amazing first time experience here.My makeup artist listened to what I liked and gave me the most perfect finished look without any inspo pic! I felt amazing walking out of there and gorgeous the whole night! I got so many compliments too!The only thing I didn’t like was the chairs!! I’m a super short person and had to sit up very high because my MUA was tall and I was very uncomfortable. I just needed a stool or somewhere to put my feet!Will 100% go back here.

Terrible customer service at chermside store - service man could not be interested in us nor even listen to us - he wanted us out of the store as quick as we could !! 2nd time there and the same poor service !! Will not be going back !

Visited the Chermside store this afternoon and was met with nothing short of ageism. I may be mature, but I am not invisible. And I wasn't there just for a look around

I had the most brilliant experience at this shop. Went in for glam make up which I could redeem on products and left feeling like a queen. The artist explained technique. She listened to what I wanted and added advice and direction. The products are on-point. Can’t recommend enough.

wish i could give 0 stars, the lady on yesterday was so rude didn't even acknowledge my existence or help me. had to get my own products out of the drawer. waited for 30 minutes just for her to acknowledge me, took my money elsewhere.

Amazing service today from a lady (I didn't catch her name) - she helped me find the right shade of foundation and helped me pick out a nice lipstick for a wedding I'm going to this weekend. I haven't bought makeup in years so it was refreshing to have someone as knowledgeable and patient as her.

My wife and I visited MAC yesterday and she shares; This is a beautiful store with a great layout. Mac offers testers on all their products which the staff are more than happy to help with and give their expert advice on correct shades for all different skin types as well as assist you in demonstrations for their products.This store is generally well stocked.The staff are friendly and helpful, however I was recently misinformed that an item I wished to purchase was only available online and would not be sold at the mac section in Myer because apparently Myer don’t receive the large variety that a still standing mac store does. I then found said item at Myer, as well as a few more different shades in that collection that the mac store didn’t stock whatsoever.In saying this, I will definitely continue to visit this mac store as the staff are great and it’s in a convenient location within the shopping centre.
