We found the staff very friendly. The mechanic very knowledgeable and helpful. and the price very reasonable.They also provided a courtesy driver who was a polite young man.

Davison Motors new look sparkling white reception areas provide a pleasant face when booking a car in for servicing. The service staff met me before I had entered and ensured that I understood the servicing requirements and costs. When picking up the car I was advised of the outcomes and if any issues were detected. Travel from and to the service centre was prompt in a new Ranger.

TerribleCharged $1300 for a major service and I have proof they didn’t change any filters…..And to make it worse don’t think they even changed the oil…..Unfortunately that’s harder to prove.Be very careful using these people.

I had a fantastic experience buying my first car!I was greeted in the car yard by young max with a big welcoming smile and great manners.I was unaware of what I needed to do or where to start with buying my first car but max happily pointed me in the right direction and helped up until the day I picked up my Mazda. He offered a hot beverage whilst i waited in the new customer lounge and even went out of his way to make it himself. When I asked if he would accompany me on a test drive because of nerves, he dropped everything (literally put all his paperwork down where he stood) and was very happy to do so. I was also lucky enough to receive amazing care from Zach for my finance, he made the whole process so easy and left all my options open so I could choose what worked best which didn't matter because he went out of his way to find what was right for me anyway.To add to the great customer service, while doing a roadworthy they noticed a small chip in the windscreen and notified me straight away before replacing it free of charge and they also put a brand new battery in my car before i arrived.Appreciate the amazing work guys, thank you ☺️

I rang Allan Mance Motors, around midday, simply to book my car in for a service, I have never used them before. I was told by one lady someone will call me back. No call., I rang back about an hour and a half later, got another lady to which she tells me that I should allow up to 24 hours for a return call...to which I thought was a bit odd but o.k. So it's been 3 days now and still no call.So Alan Mance Motors, if that's your dealings with a simply service booking, I'd hate to see the rest of your customer service dealings!On an upside, I rang Kevin Dennis Dealership, got put through directly to service and an appointment was booked, a car offered if required and a text message to confirm booking.Save yourself the time and go to Kevin Dennis Dealership, where you feel like you actually matter.

The new vehicle dealership area looks actually really nice. Is all new and the staff was friendly. Would give 5 stars for the dealership place.However the actual workshop which is a few minutes in a different street is not at the same level for such premium vehicles.Again the staff are very friendly but they actually have NO RAM trained and qualified mechanic at all.
