Terrible ServiceAnyone using Body Riches Massage Centre please be advised that I purchased one hour massage voucher for my husband as a Christmas Gift, which he has not used. Gay Riches, the Director – owner has refused to answer or return our phone calls. In summary, what had transpired is that I made a booking on behalf of my husband to attend on Monday mid-morning, when I made the booking I informed the staff member should he not be able to attend he will call and advise accordingly and they confirmed it would be no problem. Unfortunately, he did not get a reminder message and he phoned prior to his apt to rebook to be told that he cannot as it requires 24 hrs in notice. The staff member, which I believe was Gay advised that voucher is no longer valid. Since this time, we have tried several times to get in contact to resolve the matter with the Director, however to no avail leaving us no option to write this review and refer the matter to Consumer Protection. During our attempts to contact Gay, she hanged up the phone on us several times and refused to engage in a conversation. We were both shocked by her unprofessional responses as my husband is an owner of a business, and by no means you treat your clients in such a manner. Extremely disappointed and will never use this massage centre again.S&S

After reading everyone else’s reviews, I wondered if it was the same place.Treatment rooms were not what i expected. Therapist didnt even introduce herself.Was told “just” having a Facial so remove top part of my clothing and lay down and place a towel over myself..No where to hang my cloths or put my bag, just left on the floor with my top draped over it.Towel wasn’t even long enough to cover my feet.I got wrapped up in a blanket that didn’t even feel like it covered me. I am not a fuller figured person, I’m average height and weight....No explanation of treatment, i did say i was there to relax, however, i had product dropped into my ear during application, a quick 5 min scalp massage whilst the mask was on, if thats what you call it, running a probe tip comb through my hair then rubbing my scalp...???When the treatment had finished i was to meet the therapist in reception thinking i was going to sit with my beverage, but two women where there so i was ushered outside into the cold, sat in an area that was dirty, extension cords left laying around (work Safe issue ), therapist went back inside, i waited for about 15 minutes waiting for her to return......Nothing.Got up went back inside cause i was cold....no one in sight....both beauty rooms doors open, no therapists around, waited another 5 mins - no one came so i left...I didnt know if the $150 gift certificate covered my “treatment” or if I owed anything more - ( this was given to me as a gift for my birthday) feel like it was a total waste.....Getting to book the appointment was about the only positive thing i can say, speaking with Jackie she was very helpful....Very disappointed, i have only been to one other day spa and that was Keisha in The Vines and they actually treated me as if i was the most important client they had that day.Sorry ladies bitterly disappointed.

I look forward to my Bree's Pilates flow class each week. Bree is supportive, full of knowledge and modifies poses around injury and niggles. Bree has encouraged me to work at my own level whilst still challenging myself. After 5 weeks I feel the difference in strength and flexibility already. The atmosphere is calming and it's the perfect place to escape for while. Thank you Bree!

I have had the most amazing pregnancy massages with both Gaye and Amy and cannot recommend BodyRiches enough. I felt so comfortable and well looked after. It was like they could read my mind and just knew where all the aches and pains were. The clinic is spotlessly clean and so beautifully welcoming. I can’t wait for my next appointment. got a $250 voucher as a gift and used it on a mini facial, mani pedi & brow wax/tint. the pedi was no where near the quality you'd get from a place in a shopping centre despite being twice the price... she didn't even scrub my skin. I decided not to bother with the mani. after the bright eyes treatment my brows and lashes looked exactly the same. I've got $45 left to spend but wouldn't use it on any of those treatments. just glad I didn't spend my own money.

Having tried out a few of the top end day spas, I really can't give this more than three stars. The attention to detail is really not there, for example the music that was playing kept getting stuck and the CD had to get moved on or changed,. It was really just your average day spa, nothing special and it's a very long way to go. We had some food and two cold" drinks afterward but neither were chilled

I have a baby 14 months ago. After 6 month of Giving birth , i have sore back pain, pain on my feet, neckache and shoulder pain. I am so lack behind any concept of fitness. Bree is an amazing and positive instructor , she assisted me gradually on my own place to strengthen my core and now i am back to my fitness Routine before pregnancy and better. I definitely recommend Bree for any pregnancy Pilates class, mum's and bub Pilates class and all the Pilates class she conducted. She is very professional,passionate and full of knowledge with what she do. Thanks so much for everything.
