Our experience with Climatized replacing our whole roof (insurance claim) was a very POSITIVE one - all the workers were very professional/friendly and the communication and transparency was amazing from the start until the end. We ran into some issues with the insurance claim along the way but this was made easier as Climatized assisted us in the process with their knowledge & tenacity, explaining what needed to happen & then helping us to navigate our conversations with the insurance company. The overall outcome was an extremely positive one and we are very happy with the finished product. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services!

The roof of our investment property required total replacement due to hail damage. Climatized handled the whole process, I was kept up-to-date on progress from initial insurance claim to final completion and our tenants told us works were completed with no disruption. I had to do very little during the whole insurance claim process and I think the professionalism of this company well deserves a 5-star review.

Very professional and easy to work with. Climatized building and Roofing staff were all easy to work with, they helped us every step of the way. They also informed and gave us insight and lots of choices regarding roof colour, and the thickness of insulation they will put in and provided us with photos of their work- we appreciate that a lot especially since we are a few hundred kilometres from our investment property...would definitely recommend them!
