Great Design process, poor customer service following, however. Cost of variations very high and Ecoliv refused to itemise the cost of variations. Ecoliv also refused to supply contract details until all the options were chosen.At final contract there were additional charges never discussed and the 20% uplift in their transport clause I believe to be unreasonable.We stopped the process at this stage after spending a lot of time and money with Ecoliv.If you like their standard design and want no variations then Ecoliv may be the builder of choice.

The Shed House did an excellent job in the design and build of an art studio. All team members were professional, friendly and helpful. Communication was good throughout the project, the online portal was very helpful for documents, selections etc, and the site was regularly kept clean and tidy. I'm very happy with the final outcome and would recommend TSH.

Slowest build I've ever seen and ive built 4 house faster with different company'sContract says 240 working days but no one can tell me what is working days and sometimes had trdies on site 7 days or when the 240 days start as been told 3 different start dates by 3 different peopleNot asked or told about different things through sales...no option given due to no one has a standard format for the same thing on different house ...for example wrapping of the house or internal insulation in the walls of the houseBeing told ...No can't do that when knowing it can be and given no choice at allPlans and products for the house and not even going in the house but told they are or plans not being read properly

Very Happy with the guys at Allcover. Placed an order for my double Dutch Gable carport, the sales team was great and even helped me through council submission.Install team was a day late but they called me to advise 2 days prior. Very happy with the completed install.

Jarrad came in halfway through the renovation of my kitchen and did a great job picking it up, all the staff working on my kitchen were fantastic - from cabinet makers David and Michael, right down to the electrician Larry ( Edge Hill Electrician ), the plumber and the tile. It was fantastic job for a complicated special needs project. Well done team and thankyou

Found Oly Homes to a great with their product, construction and site knowledge as well as very good with providing information about council requirements for our site. The team were happy to accommodate any changes we requested. Very happy with the finish of our new home and the install crews are very hard working. Would build with Oly Homes again, should we get the opportunity, highly recommend.
