On time, on budget and left the property tidy. I needed 2 balconies to be brought up to code as well as the kitchen and bathroom to be renovated and it was all done to the highest standard and to my expectation. I was provided a list of all materials and regular check ins on progress to allow me to move into my property on time.

Taylor has done a variety of work on my property and always to a very high standard. He has always turned up on time , is very quiet and gets on with job, then tidies up. He keeps me up to date when the next stage of work is ready to go and works in with my availability. Taylor is also very pro-active and a great problem solver.

The Opulent team has exceptional work on two occasions at a sports club I'm on the committee of. One project was expansion of a gym space. This project was quite complicated with many trades involved. The finished area was perfect and everything was cleaned to a tee.The second project was installation of a floating floor in a large kitchen space. This was done really, really well and on time and on budget.I hope to give them more work soon.Highly recommended.

Taylor really helped us out of a tight spot when we could get no one else to do the work. He bought our large pool fencing area up to regulation standard so that we could get it certified to sell within a short time frame and worked between other jobs to get it done in time. He also worked with the local council rep to ensure it was compliant. He was very professional and sourced excellent materials for the job.

Taylor did some carpentry work at my house, some standard skirting and some custom doors, he was amazing. Showed up on time, worked hard all day and tidied up when finished. I don't think I've ever had a better experience with anyone in the building industry. Highly recommend.
