Mindfood Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy
I have a sleep disorder and sought to try hypnotherapy to help with this. The hypnotherapy is great but it was also wonderful to have Jill's very warm and non judgemental counselling style to have a general mental health tune up around life stresses contributing to this such as parenting children with extra needs, juggling home and family life, bereavement etc. I have also recommended Jill to my clients who have Postnatal depression/ anxiety etc. Jill's life experience and professional experiences in health care bring even more value to her sessions.

I see Themos for Osteo and he's been super helpful in helping me deal with chronic migraines. I also see the lovely Samantha for massages which I always look forward to as she gives me immediate relief from any tension.Louise is the kindest, most knowledgeable and non-judgemental naturopath I've ever come across.The welcoming and warm atmosphere at Bankstown Health makes me feel calm and comfortable the moment I walk in.

Ethereal Holistic Massage
Craig is more than a massage therapist. He is a trained practitioner in Reiki and other techniques. One session, and I walked out there feeling like I'd really be properly treated by someone who was genuine about my health and wellbeing. The therapy was amazing. Never have I felt such a fantastic response in my body to this kind of treatment. I totally trusted Craig in what he was doing. Go see him! He is a nice guy too.
