The worst online delivery service I have ever experienced.Ord 42619147 placed 10 Sept. Finally arrived 22 Sept after 3 emails to courier. Four emails to Just Jeans CSC resulted in zero replies! Suggest you don't offer an online shop if you are not able to deliver.

Great products. Lunch and snack boxes are leak proof and easy for kids to open and close. Easy to disassemble and pop in the dishwasher or hand wash. Fun colours too!

Well where do I start - we purchased some business shirts in October as we wanted to wear them to an overseas trade exhibition. The shirts arrived and they are not what we ordered so we went back to them to try to get a refund - nearly 6 weeks has gone by and they refuse to give us a refund .Warning = do not deal with this company they are the most unprofessional and unco-operative business we have ever dealt with

I have translated several documents with Geraldo. At all times he was super fast and professional, answering my e-mail promptly and delivering the documents in very short deadlines. I will certainly continue to translate my documents with him.

For 5 years our online applications were rejected from the banks because they would never take the time to understand our business. The Till team treat each of its applications as unique and dont just read from a script. Theyve taken time to understand what we do, providing absolutely outstanding customer service and support. WOW...SOOO many BAD Reviews for this business! Spent almost $400 at the Christmas Sale online. Didn't realise I only had 30 days to return...I actually only opened the package yesterday! I only wanted to exchange a few tanks for a smaller size. They are in perfect condition still in their individual packaging. Absolutely, no way will LJ exchange after 30 days! I don't think they care about customers at all! There are always extenuating circumstances...you need to be flexible and kind to your customers! I haven't shopped at Lorna Jane for years but decided to take advantage of their sales! NEVER AGAIN! I will go back to Lululemon and Nike where they are always prepared to exchange after 30 days....Never had a problem! I am a gym junky 6 times per week...I will be spreading my story at the gym! BTW, on a non related issue, I had a problem with my GARMIN watch this week...GARMIN offered to replace my watch after 2.5 years (out of warranty) with a new watch! Amazing Company! I rang to get troubleshooting advice and they offered me a replacement without even asking for one! Such a difference in how they value their customers! I am spreading the word of GARMIN to everyone!
