Danny and the team at LDG Constructions are a dream to deal with. I found them to be professional and would definitely recommend them.

Melbourne Kitchens and Bathrooms Installed a new kitchen, ensuite bathroom and toilet for us. All the tradespeople were excellent, reliable, punctual, hard working and pleasant. Lucas and Tamara were well organised, unfailingly patient and pleasant, communicated with us regularly and were responsive as issues arose as they so often do with renovations. Issues were dealt with in a positive can-do" way. Thank you Lucas and team."

My insulation company completed some insulation works for Bushewood Building Company back in early December. We have still not received any communication from Tim regarding payment for the account, despite numerous attempts to call/email. We are now left with no choice but to lodge proceedings with the local court. I have no doubt they have collected payment from the customer. I may have to make contact with the customer in the coming weeks to apprise them of the situation. We will be having no further dealings with Bushewood besides through legal proceedings and I would warn others to reconsider their choice of Building company. GJ Gardner north east finished our house just before Christmas last year and we have only positive things to say about the whole process. The owner Daniel is absolutely amazing and being a former builder himself, he knows his stuff. He was incredibly flexible, allowing us to make several changes throughout both the contract/quoting process and even once building had commenced. His communication was excellent, always answered our calls, responded to emails promptly and kept us updated throughout the whole process. His prices are more than fair - he always gave us a figure of exactly how much something would cost if we requested it, and when enquiring elsewhere, no one could match his price. He promised us that we would be in by Christmas, and even with a few setbacks out of his control, managed to meet the deadline. He even got up and did our feature slats himself during a 45degree heatwave when all trades refused to work in the heat, he really does go above and beyond. Daniel and his team take pride in their work and the evidence of that is our beautiful home that we are absolutely in love with. After hearing horror building stories from our friends/family we are thankful everyday that we chose GJs, so thank you!

Great product, great price and excellent service! From the start I felt confident that this company was the right choice. Rod explained the process thoroughly throughout the quoting period and once accepted he sent a great team of tradesmen out to complete the job. The job was done with minimal disturbance to my house members and as quoted with no hidden charges. I now have a great soundproof office where I can work without being disturbed or alternately can play loud music without disturbing others. Thanks!

Stay away from this builder the worse experience ever, a dream home is a nightmare now. The worst branch ever and their head office will not help you out because they are a franchise.Zero accountability. 15 months later and no house yet.

From the initial scoping meeting with Brett and Mark, we knew we were making the right decision to commence our first story addition and elevated expansive deck with Smith & Sons Renovations & Extensions Turramurra. They listened to how we wanted to live and utilise the areas we were asking for. They delivered everything we wanted during probably the most stressful circumstances (timber shortages, lockdowns, working from home, and home-schooling!). I have no hesitation in recommending VM builders. They built a home that we are proud of! Our original builder went bust and VM builders finished it.!
