Demardi have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend Anthony, Mick and the team highly enough!Demardi was recommended to me via a number of different, and independent sources to assist me with my home and bathroom renovations, after much searching, looking for the right professionals who I felt I could investment my trust, vision and investment with.Over the preceding year and a half, I had sought guidance, feedback and pricing from a number of different sources, with whom I felt I was not able to build trust or rapport with as I was able to with the team at Demardi, who were patient, absolutely invested in the vision and outcomes down to the tiniest of detail and refinement, taking great pride in their work, the outcomes, and my needs as customer and client. I contacted Demardi looking for a joinery solution for my home office which had slowly turned into the “junk room”. I was introduced to Sherry from Demardi.I wanted to turn the junk room into a teenagers retreat whilst also being able to use it as a guest room for interstate visitors. Sherry was extremely helpful and provided me with scaled 3D drawings of an integrated wall bed design into the joinery. She presented me with three options with colours & joinery profiles. She managed the whole process from design through to install and was I am extremely happy with the result. You can't go wrong with Sherry.

We had an amazing experience with Demardi as builders on our major home renovation project and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. Not only was it a pleasure working with them throughout the process (which is saying something for anyone that been through a build process!), but they were able to executive a stunning renovation that has transformed our home for many years to come.Other than delivering and executing great work, what Demardi does very well is communicate effectively with their clients throughout the entire process. We knew that their team had a number of jobs on at the one time, however they always made us feel like we were their priority and our project was always moving forward. We always had a direct line to both Anthony and Mick via a dedicated WhatsApp group and they would always make themselves available if we needed to meet in person.On top of all this, Demardi were able to complete our renovation to the day. We had a fixed 6-month rental in which to complete our renovation which Demardi were aware of and despite a number of complications our of their control, they were able to ensure we could move back in the very day that our lease ended.So thanks team Demardi - you made our renovation journey a pleasure and helped us a create an amazing home for our family! We called upon Michael and the team at Demardi to run with an extensive interior renovation. They handled the job well and we are thrilled with the end result. They have given life to the thoughts and discussions we planned with the architects.

We contracted Demardi to construct a garage and build a new larger ensuite for us and we cannot be happier with the end result. Right from the word go we were impressed with the level of professionalism, level of advice, quality of workmanship, patience with our requests and how easy it was to work with the team as well as all the other tradesmen they organised for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They provided practical advice regarding the variety of products and services that we needed, especially for our ensuite. They effectively and creatively found solutions to issues that were raised during the construction phase. One year after the project and they are still there for us. The project was completed to a high standard and so we heartily recommend Demardi. The outcome met, and and exceeded, our expectations.

Mine was a challenging job from the start. Updating a 20 year old apartment to the modern idiom wasa always going to be hard. I found Demardi Pty Ltd through my architect. From the word go, the director and his team manager were right into the detail. The team worked assiduously and with a terrific eye for detail. There were technically difficult structural changes, dictated by my arachitect, which they managed quickly and competently. It was necessary to renew the waterproofing on two balconies, a huge job, and this also was done well and quickly. The construction team worked well with my inerior designer, as did the painters and electrician. The task took nearly four months over all, but the result is wonderful. The style is eclectic to suit me. The three bathrooms were upgraded. There are two libraries, a study for the computer setup and a picture gallery. The team worked tirelessly, and have returned to attend to one or two inevitable details when requested. I do not hesitate to recommend Demardi Pty Ltd for its professional and caring approach. A job very well done indeed by a dedicated and painstaking crew. As a footnote, we did not have a single argument!

We were in an unfortunate situation where our neighbours gum tree fell on our house, causing substantial structural damage and requiring us to move out of home for 12 months. We dealt with the insurance companies panel of builders but just didn't feel comfortable with any of their work or with their approach to our project. We then started to look for our own builder and came across Demardi and they ticked all our boxes.They were competitively priced and clearly stated what was and was not included in the very thorough quote, they worked with us on design ideas and concepts and we built a good, honest working relationship with them quickly. Their previous work on similar projects also reassured us that they would be able to achieve our goals.Demardi started working on our project early in 2020. As Covid took hold, and new Covid government regulations added further stress, Demardi's approach to the project of focusing on our living quarters first, allowed us to get back into our house while work continued on the outside. This forethought and planning from Demardi reinforced to us their strong work ethic, respect for our family and our needs.Throughout the project the team at Demardi showed us nothing but respect and we enjoyed working with them. Clear communication (through a private social media group chat directly with Anthony and Mick, my husband and I) was a great way to keep everyone in the loop of important information. Anthony and Mick's ability to help us understand what was required from a building regulation perspective and to help us negotiate this was reassuring.Onsite, Demardi's team who all took the time to address us by name and say hello/goodbye every time we met and their respect for our neighbours while working on the project was commendable. They kept a clean worksite and left the space tidy at the end of each day.Demardi are a quality builder. We would recommend them to anyone needing to undertake a build or renovation. From all our research and the time we took to find the right builder, we are very happy with our decision.

From start to finish, the building process with Michael and his team was extremely professional. I would definitely use Demardi again and highly recommended them.
