Very Professional. After having used other builders in the past with various results, we came across Omar from Meridian United Services. All I can say is that Omar lead our renovations, of our family home in Menai, with great integrity & by going above and beyond in delivery (e.g. 3 layers of waterproofing, and other extras = quality assurance). His sub trades were all top notch and we very much enjoyed the experience led by the very capable Sami. Thank you gents.

Omar’s team were great - they were available on the dates I needed (it was an emergency job - the floor & ceiling of my tenanted bathroom just collapsed). I would usually query a team available to start asap, but they were really reliable, finished on time, only a few days over- even though the job was complicated because it was an old house with a previous owners dyi reno ( previous owners literally didn't put footings under the bathroom or the walls out the back, or waterproof anything, and there was no proper drainage - oh it was a mess). Omar’s team in 3 weeks demolished & built 3 new external walls, new footings & drainage, complete new bathroom & internal wall change & reposition of plumbing, new ceilings & electrical work, new decking ceiling.. and probably a few things I'm forgetting. The team were trustworthy- i live interstate & they worked with keys on my house whilst the tenants moved to temporary accomodation for 3 weeks to get the work done but all my tenants possessions were still there - and it was left clean, all furniture moved back to where it was & nothing taken - they even paid for a cleaner post work finishing which was great. Happy with the price, and Omar was really easy to work with and talk to which can make all the difference when its stressful, or when discussing designs for bathrooms.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION meant we knew what was happening at all times. RELIABLE and TRUE to your word. We are SO HAPPY with THE RESULTS! Will RECOMMEND you & call you for our next project.
