Thanks Jenna, Colin and Sam for helping me get my HR licence today. What a great team. Jenna is awesome, was so helpful in the beginning getting me booked in and started and keeping me informed with any changes and following up throughout (guys you need to keep her satisfied to keep her around she is an asset to your company). Colin and Sam what can I say.. Great teacher's and no bull with these guys, so calm, cool and professional but can have a laugh. Made the experience seem smooth and easy, and saved me from a divorce. Would highly recommend these guys.

Completed:HLTWHS005 Manual handling,PUAFER008 Confine Small Emergencies in a Facility, and;HLTAID003 Provide First Aidwith Steve of FESA,Steve was an excellent instructor and delivered all the information for the courses in a clear and concise manner. He displayed a thorough knowledge of all the information in the courses and was always quick to respond to any questions I had about the course work. The testing process was effective and professional throughout.Could not recommend FESA enough

Our design has been tricky. Paul has been a great advisor on how we should set up the pool fence to keep it from interfering with our pool area layout

Price is ok.Assessment have problem to read questions, every first question of the assessment I cannot read the question, so have to guess what they are talking about to answer.A part from this, they have no phone number, do not answer the emails, and I still haven’t got the results of my assessment or my certificate. Even though I emailed and expressed the emergency situation more than one time!!So if you are in a hurry it's not the best option as you will not get the supply you need and you will loose time. Better go somewhere else.Be Careful of scam.

Rodney is very professional and was quite thorough in the installation. He communicated well around what he was doing through the process and even managed to charge us less than the original quote! It was great to know that he cares for his customers to ensure that the works were organised with other service providers as well. Will definitely use his service again.

Photo print quality is horrible and shop owner won't admit poor quality when confronted with a quality printout from Officeworks. See photo to compare yourself. Not to mention it was ridiculously priced for one 4x6 printout.
