We had 4 tanks cleaned, the serviceman was friendly, efficient and knowlegable about the process.I was given the cost of the job following an assessment. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to others when their tanks need cleaning.

I have held off writing anything online about Pure Water Systems for almost 1.5 years, hoping they would step up and take responsibility for the damage to our kitchen (costing over $7K to repair) due to a faulty part in one of the new kitchen water filters purchased from Pure Water Systems.In Aug 2021, I paid them $2,367, purchasing two water filters for our kitchens and a UV filtration system for the whole house. Since then, I have spent a huge amount time and energy trying to get the damage to our kitchen resolved with them to no avail.They originally said this was not a warranty issue and I would have to lodge an insurance claim myself for the significant water damage to our kitchen cabinetry (due to their faulty part) and then, their insurance company would deal with it. I did this in Sept 2021. I paid $1,000 excess to lodge a claim through my insurance company. I even have a video showing it was their faulty part that caused the water damage to our kitchen.My insurance company has spent the last year trying to reach Pure Water Systems, including their current managing director, to get this resolved and for them to take responsibility and pay for this damage. Nothing, no replies, no answers to the many written requests.I am still out of pocket $1,000 and Pure Water Systems has paid nothing for this damage to my property. I am beyond disappointed in this company. I will never purchase anything from them again.I am not a vindictive person. I am a loyal and understanding customer who has never written a poor review. I just can't understand this unprofessional and unkind behaviour by Pure Water Systems. I have been extremely patient and trusting from the beginning and have even spoken to their previous managing director and service manager who were appaulled by how I have been treated after THEIR faulty product caused extensive water damage to my kitchen.I strongly urge anyone considering the services of Pure Water Systems now or in the future, to reconsider. Don't make the same mistake I did believing their advertised good reputation and expecting them to take responsibility for their products and any damage they cause to your property. There are other companies in Queensland & Australia that have similar products, charge less and service their customers with more respect and professionalism than Pure Water Systems do.

Well if you see the photos same taps are there everywhere on all the different websites, ebay, amazon and all and also very cheap, but hey we dont buy such item everyday? do we? 100% stainless steel, very heavy, very good quality, awesome product. And above all this Sam is the best person who is happy to help, keen to listen and very prompt either you call him, email him or it is about sending the item. I really appreciate Sam for his help and helping us, as we choose wrong product and he helped us. So people product is 100% good and Sam is the best person to deal with.
