I highly recommend this local plumbing business. Tom was incredibly helpful, professional and responsive to our needs. He did a magnificent job replacing my dad's broken toilet, which he needed urgently due to being elderly. He was so thoughtful, respectful and accommodating throughout the whole process, giving excellent value for money, offering quality product suggestions and leaving us with the most professional job. I wouldn't look anywhere else.

We recently renovated our ensuite which entailed relocation of the shower drain, running new pipes and water sources for a duel basin vanity, installation of new shower and vanity fixtures and toilet. Tom showed respect for us and our home by removing his shoes and leaving the work area clean and tidy. Throughout the entire process Tom was very professional and easy to deal with. He communicated well and was always punctual. We were delighted with the finished product. We were so impressed with Tom that we have already enlisted his services for a couple of future projects.
