So far so good. I always feel good to have clean water. Water marks and scales are hardly there.Just hope the yearly service and filter cost will not keep escalating to a stage that is no longer affordable. I do recommend to my friends and family

His product knowledge and customer service is second to none, and the filter is now absolutely a non negotiable for us, giving some peace of mind with what our kids are bathing in etc. Having had the filter changed today, it is beyond evident what the system is capable of. I have been using Plumbscan for several years now with our house water filtration system which they installed. This has been an easy and effective way of having filtered water throughout our home. The filters are changed every 12 months and it never ceases to amaze me just what and how much is filtered. Definitely a worthwhile investment. We had our filter system installed in 2018 and have had it serviced/replaced annually since. Always surprised at how much dirt etc the filter collects when Sox replaces our filter and we throw out the old one. Very happy with the service And very happy with our delicious water!

Can't reccoment Plumbscan enough! The service we recieved was second to none. From first contact Sox was very informative, never pushy and took the time to explain everything to the finest detail. His workmanship was great, he cleaned everything up after himself and did an excellent job with the installation. We had a minor issue with the kitchen filter after installaion, I messaged Sox about it on Sunday and he was at my door first thing Monday to fix the issue. The product itself is just as impressive, I have never tasted such clean water. Hard to explain but it taste just like water should! No chemicals or odors. I have had friends and family request to bottle some for them too. Would highly reccomend Plumbscan for everyone especially if you have kids.
