Family practice physician

We have been to many medical practices over the years and have been going to North Richmond Family Medical Practice for 3 years now and is the best BY FAR!Jo on reception goes above and beyond and remembers exactly who you are without even having to tell her.They go out of their way to accomodate my whole family when we are in need and really make us feel cared for.Dr Islam is the most thorough GP I have come across and he takes all my concerns seriously whether they be big or small.He and his whole team are superstars!

Should be called Lazy Liars Medical Centre. Even though the place was empty and the Dr's were busy milling around handing out alcohol to the receptionists, they told me that they were far too busy to take new patients or fit anyone else. The receptionist told me even though there was no one waiting she assured me that it was impossible for any Dr to see me as they were actually booked full and couldn't possibly fit me in. Looks like it's the sort of place where getting drunk with the staff trumps medical care. If you value your health don't come to this lazy liars (soon to be drunk most probably) medical centre. At least try to tell a lie that wouldn't insult a normal persons intelligence!

Efficient and friendly Medical Centre. They were able to fit me in at short notice and the Doctor I saw listened and was helpful with my concerns.

I have just found a new doctor who cares about people, and not leave you hanging dr Fedusie is beautiful and a wonderful doctor and person. I have many health issues and more a less she has saved my life.

Dr Sunny is an amazing doctor. If you're looking for a new GP I highly recommend him

Our family have been coming here for years, however recently the practice doesn't seem respect appointment times, in recent times we've always had to wait around 15 minutes (which I understand can happen) however after waiting 50 minutes today and enquiring a few times with reception and still no doctor in sight, we walked out and are extremely disappointed with the service that was offered. We made an early appointment, turned up 5 minutes beforehand, and we're paying a premium at HH MP so would expect some level of service and care. What's the use of actually making an appointment?

Me and my daughters go to this clinic because we love Dr Mar Mar, she is just so lovely, compassionate and thorough.Only downfall is Dr Mar only works during the day which makes it hard to get in to see her.I had to see Dr Suzette twice recently, she was so rude, very dismissive, no understanding or empathy.Both times she was like this and she can't even smile. She definitely makes you feel uncomfortable which is very disappointing.

I called up early to book an appointment with a Dr for my son. My Dr was off so I was advised that they would book us in with the Dr on Duty and would get back to me with a time. 4 hours and 3 follow up calls later I was advised the Dr is running over an hour behind and cannot fit us in and to go to the ER. Poor service.

Gone here three times.First time about a year ago my check in via reception didn't work and I wasted an hour sitting around. Bas experience but oh well.Second time I waited less than five minutes. New receptionist was AMAZING. So sweet.Third time was also less than five min waiting.Pathology is great.Will be coming back. Its so good to have an option for drop in appointment. Facilities are gorgeous too.Just call in advance to know wait time.
