We can highly recommend Barwon Heads Family Practice. Narelle on reception was fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond by calling the local pharmacy to organise my daughters vaccine to be ordered in for her so it was available to pick up on the day of her appointment. Dr Russell was friendly and knowledgeable and both he & Tiffany were very gentle when giving my daughter her needles. Thank-you for your kind care.

Great family practice, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Russell taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. My wife and kids also attend the practice. We are so thankful to have such a great practice on our doorstep!!

The doctors at Barwon Health Family Practice were highly recommended to us from another doctor, and we can only pass on that same recommendation to others.We came across from Jan Juc and saw Dr Russell for our baby's six week GP check up. Immunisations were available. Dr Russell was very thorough in his assessments and knowledge. As new parents, he took the time to ensure that we were well informed and addressed all concerns we may have had.All staff we met from reception, doctor and nurse were very friendly, kind and reassuring.

Barwon Heads Family Practice
Wonderful GP clinic. They juggled an appointment today as needed. Reception were welcoming and friendly. They held my small baby whilst I supported my child.The GP and practice nurse were incredible with my very distressed child who was having a painful local anaesthetic. They were gentle and clear. Also practiced consent and communication beautifully with a child. Highly recommend. Thanks
