Emergency training

Our trainer Chris was outstanding. We found Chris very engaging and very easy to follow. I was surprised i am still learning new things after over 30 years of first aid training. We look forward to hopefully seeing him again at Lalor Park when we are required to renew our first aid, he is truly an asset.

The first aid course I attended was a Great course and I had a great instructor Karen she was dedicated and very helpful with any questions asked. She had prompt quick responses. I would recommend this training course and facility to others definitely

He displayed a thorough knowledge of all the information in the courses and was always quick to respond to any questions I had about the course work. The testing process was effective and professional throughout.Could not recommend FESA enough

We are really disappointed with admin side of things (Shirley Bowman) just a really bad experience from lack of communication & trying to book & make payment. We are still waiting on a Certificate that was paid for & conducted in October 2022 - we are in April 2023. I have followed this up multiple times - often just ignored, then asked to pay again as they dont have a record to which I have to send a second time. Issue still not resolved. Teacher who trained our technician is fabulous!*** 6 months later receiving the certificate *** - after at least 10 follow ups and sending proof of purchase twice over this timeframe - A really disappointing reply from your business, a reflection of the issues we have experienced
