Canberra First Aid and Training

Canberra First Aid is a very good place to do First aid or CPR courses. Location, facility, staff are all excellent. The online course can be done at your own convenience. The trainer (Ben) was more than accommodating polite and puts you completely at ease. He had good practical knowledge and shared good experiences. The face to face was so concise and to the point. The online video for directions and car par very innovative and time saving. Definitely my go to place for my annual course renewals.

Fantastic course, very well presented and engaging. Previous courses I've been to elsewhere were good, but too long. I ended up not remembering as much from them, but this one was short and concise which actually helps me retain the information given.It's a great idea to have the theory work done beforehand, at your own pace, and focus only on the practical work during the hour long face-to-face session. Additionally, the class size was small and the instructor (Kelly, if I'm not mistaken) was great as well.The whole thing was very practical, and made as easy as possible. There was even a video provided on how to find the carpark. Overall very happy with the course, certificate was provided very quickly, and I could get on with my day in fairly short order. Will definitely be back when the time comes for the certificates to be renewed!

Very happy with the training. We book for 10-12 people at a time, with a mix of full first aid and CPR refresher. The team are always very helpful with coordination, and have great communication. This year we had Ben as our trainer; he was excellent - keeping it interesting, relevant, and informative.

I have done a number of training courses through Canberra First Aid and Training. I will continue to do so and would recommend this training organisation to others. The course I most recently attended involved an excellent combination of online and face to face training. I found this approach very convenient, particularly as my qualifications expired during a period in which I was time poor. The trainer effectively and efficiently conducted our assessment. She ensured we understood recent developments and changes and the rationale for those changes.

Great course and very engaging face to face assessment. Benjamin was great and very informative. Was great to have him come to our work place. Definitely continue using you guys.

I have recently done a First aid course through them.I liked the online component as it saved me so much time and I could do on my own pace.I really enjoyed the practical assessment. It was quick (1 hour), fun and very informative. Brian is an excellent instructor.Highly recommended!

Kate is excellent Instructor. Short, sharp and simple with practical knowledge. Face to face training is concise to the point and easier to understand clearly with full of knowledge. I am highly recommend Canberra First Aid Training to anyone. The most effective training of all.

Great training for my CPR. The trainer had a good sense of humour and was able to answer my questions quickly prior to the CPR test which alleviated my anxiety to do my CPR test. A very seamless process and I would certainly recommend Canberra First Aid and Training to anyone. Location is easy to find with the videos they sent to us prior to the test date itself which was handy.

By far the best first aid course I’ve ever done. It was great to be able to go at my own pace doing the online material, which was very thorough. The in person portion of the training was thoughtfully planned out and Ben was amazing.

Online training was straight forward and the in person training was very efficient. Emma was friendly and explained things well.The place is a little tricky to find the first time so make sure to leave a few extra minutes for that.I did my CPR training with them a couple years ago, just did my first aid course, and will probably use them again in a few years.
