Much shorter wait then going to ED however you will have a wait and likely won’t be seen immediately, unlike the website says. Other than that they were fantastic. I ended up paying $260 (getting $100 ish back of medicare) and I had the consult, X-ray, ct and a cast. Nurses and techs were lovely.

If I could give a higher star rating I would. Reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The nursing staff and Dr Singh were absolutely incredible. Great with my 3yo and you can tell have extensive experience in working with children. Having this locally is an absolute godsend for those ailments that your kids always seem to get outside of normal doctor hours, but that you wouldn't go to the ER for. Can't recommend it enough!

The service and care I received yesterday was second to none. From the compassion at reception, the quick wait (less than 15 minutes) before being taken back, the thorough and empathetic assessment from the lovely Maddie, the rapid administration of medication, and the understanding and straightforward assessment and provision of ongoing treatment by Dr Singh, everything exceeded my expectations.I understand your sliding scale of fees and was fully expecting my visit to fall into a higher category, but if what I experienced was your “base level” then you are doing an outstanding job.

Iron infusion review!Positive: Amazing medical team. Loved the ladies there, they are excellent nurses. Great culture amongst each other, and it gives the whole place a lovely professional experience. The gentleman in admin was equally just as accomodating.Negative: I was quite upset as the website promotes the infusion costs $150. It actually is billed at $250 from your card and you get a rebate. People should know this before coming in, as what if someone doesn't have $250 in their account as they assumed only $150 was required? We were also charged an after hours fee, which again I wasn't aware of! It was lucky I found a way to pay the $250, but normally would've only came with the $150 as that was the price on the website.FYI customers the iron script is only $29 from the chemist for a full dose. Which isn't much. But it's not disclosed on their website. So it's $250+$29+($12 after hours fee if applicable) - $100 rebate charged back to card = $190.

I was really satisfied with my experience.The clinic was really clean, the staff were super friendly and I feel like I got the care I needed for my condition. I really think this is a great alternative from emergency. And the wait time is appropriate.Just on a side note for mothers with small children and babies: The clinics reception/waiting area is on the smaller side & got really busy quickly; and there isn’t much seating. The waiting area doesn’t have a lot of standing room; which doesn’t give you much room for parking your pram (so avoid bringing it in, if you can).

Nasty puncture wound patched up brilliantly. Cannot rate Urgent Care highly enough. Exceptional care, from front reception to Dr's final stitch and nurses bandage. And all I paid for was the consumables. Very happy. (And very happy to avoid Emergency Dept.)

Absolutely fantastic care from amazing nurse & doctor who looked after my 15yo daughter on a Sunday night. We waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen. They were incredible - compassionate with a very anxious patient and took the time to explain everything really well. Highly recommend!!

I’m so glad I found Urgent Care. The care and treatment I received was absolutely amazing and I waited less than 20 minutes to be seated in a comfy private chair and be seen by the nurse. The nurse and doctor were understanding and empathetic. The treatment had me feeling so much better by the time I walked out the door. The facilities are clean and new. The fee was very reasonable for the care I received on a Saturday evening. Couldn’t fault one thing! We need more services like this and Urgent Care need to be commended for their excellence in delivering care to those that need it but can’t sit in public ED waiting rooms for 8 hours!

Passed by the Children's Hospital Emergency Department and it was absolutely packed to the brim. Did a quick google search and found Urgent Care Brisbane. Within an hour and a half my son's fractured foot was x-rayed, diagnosed and we were out of there with a moon boot and crutches at a reasonable fee. Staff were super friendly and professional. An excellent alternative to an emergency department visit, especially during the evening.

All the staff (from the Reception, to the Nurses, to the Doctors) were all incredibly lovely and attentive. I'd been previously dismissed by my GP twice the previous week despite not being able to breathe properly/having chest pain. Their team ruled out all the scary things first (thank you!) and got to the root cause in about two hours. I am so grateful for their expertise and experience.
