One of the best customer service I have experienced lately in Australia. The pick up and drop off were very prompt with friendly and smiing people. They gave me a near new car and they are also flexible with the car drop off time.Relatively cheap rental price5 star service and 5 star friendly staff.Thanks and will seek your service againHighly recommend to others too.

Just had my second hassle free and easy airport parking experience with Carhood. Immediate dropoff to airport both times and 10-15 minute wait for pickup from airport on arrival. Friendly staff and efficient service, always prompt replies to email or phone queries. Car wasn’t rented out but the saving on parking more than compensated for that. Also car was gleaming today. Love the concept of sharing vehicles rather than having thousands sitting idle.

I shared my Honda Odyssey in December and picked it up in January for about 45 days. My car was hired for almost 33 days. Carhood made money during this time and I was advised my share is $581.63 which was supposed to be paid on 20/02/2019. I have made several calls and sent emails regarding the payment and the payment has not come through yet. They probably do this to random people so they get some good reviews and bad reviews. My advise is if you are one of those random people then you won't get your money for sharing your car. Hence my sincere advise do not share your car. I saw a lot of these reviews of non payment to people who shared their cars. Hence I am assuming they may go bankrupt/insolvent soon so that they can take all the money and run away. Also your may be risking your car, getting stuck at their warehouse/parking lot if they file insolvency.

I will go out of my way to tell people of the great experience I had with Carhood. I used to park at Brisbane Airport either in the major cheap parking lot or at the hotel parking. After shelling out an average of $100 a week for those I thought I would give Carhood a try. So glad I did. I not only parked for free but I earned $17. That savings pays for one of our dinners on vacation. Can't beat that!I dropped off my car early in the morning at 6:15am. The agent was very friendly and there was a car waiting to drop us off at the airport. I really love this part.Very personal and classy. I wish nothing but good for this company and hope they prosper.

We recently used Carhood for the very first time. What a pleasant experience. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Our car was immaculate inside and out. Good directions were given to the nearest spot where we could grab a meal and they even offered to make us a coffee as we completed paperwork. Definitely a positive experience and we'll be back next time we need a car in Brisbane.

Seriously bad service from this car rental. Firstly this company just deducted the damages cost straight from my credit card without even sending email to notify there's charges and still expect customer to keep chasing carhood to reply to chase for the damage invoices. 1 respond can take up to 5days to reply and sometimes they don't even reply despite multiple emails to chase them. Overall, just feel they should improve their services.

Great! Carhood Brisbane office demonstrates very good friendly service. I have booked my cars in on many occasions and most recently my updated car. After about 6 weeks with Carhood Brisbane, the car was returned to me in excellent and pristine condition. As always, I was collected from the airport, hassle free and no problems at all. My car is currently booked in with Carhood Brisbane and I have full confidence in the company while I am away. It was easy to pick up the car. I just needed to call for pick up and wait outside the airport terminal. The staff picked me up in about 10 minutes and drove me to their office to do the paperwork. Everything was done quickly and I had no issue with the car. Returning was efficient as well. Again, the staff drove me to the airport after I returned the car. Although it took slightly longer than other car rental companies based inside airport terminal, the price is also much cheaper. I think it's a good value choice if you are not tight on time. The staff were friendly as well.

Rental fee was cheap and car was nice. However the service was the worst.1. Took $3000 as deposit, yes $3000! which was ridiculous and eventually made me run out of money during the trip cause it was all my travel funds.2. Pickup & return located at eagle farm which is 10-15min from airport. No transfer service provided out of office hour. Waited 10min get a uber.3. Out of office hour return i was told to put the key into the key box however I couldn’t find the key box. It’s not just outside the shop or near the shop as other car rental. It’s located outside of the property on the street. There wasn’t any sign to tell u where is the key box I ended up spent 20min to find it.4. I have told them I would drop the car out of office hour at 5am but still got several calls on 7am asking me where’s the car. Hello? Did u see the car just outside the shop??Definitely won’t go back again. Cheap but waste lots of time and too inconvenient. Would like to pay extra to big car rental for better and easier service

Still waiting to be paid both for the earnings from the rental of my car and for tolls incurred by the renter automatically charged to my account, well beyond the 30 days they advertise on their website.. I would have been ok to break even but this experience has cost me $$$. I notice they ignore the negative reviews here. That has to say something....UPDATE...more than 3 months later and they have stopped responding to my emails chasing reimbursement. Have lodged a formal complaint against this company. Use them at your own risk
