Ashley was the best customer service person ive ever dealt with. the whole experience was just enjoyable for a change and everything i needed was provided by her. really changed my outlook on purchasing a device. i just wish i had to buy a new phone every week!

5 people standing around doing nothing, and they say they are booked till thursday when i went in on tuesday. Called for an apointment, left a message before hand and they dont even call back. Most uselesa store do not go there

If you know how to deal with dumb people( they calling themselves manger), this place is yours. one of the worst stores that Telstra owns in GC. They will keep you waiting even though they are not doing anything. After a long wait, they will amaze you with their knowledge. I just called the Telstra call centre they did it in a minute. Better close this store and pay the call centre, people, more.

I found the whole experience setting up a new nbn plan easy and seamless.Booking an appointment online was easy, and I was seen on time when i arrived at the store.I was greeted by a cheerful and friendly customer service person and was served by Ashley, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming.I did have a few reservations about visiting this store after reading a lot of the negative reviews. However, todays visit was nothing but fantastic.

I normally don't write bad reviews, but i was soo shocked last night after visiting Telstra Coomera, i visited the Shop at 4:45 - exactly 45mins before closing time. Was greeted by a lady with purple/pink hair that stood up from her cubicle. I told her that i want to get a new phone as mine is playing up. She told me that they cant help and i need to make an appointment for the following day or the day thereafter. I asked why i just cant get a new phone now and she said there is simply not enough time before closing and all the staff were busy.... I peeked over her shoulder only to see one staff member busy with a customer and the other having a casual chat. I cannot see that it takes 45mins to get a new phone? As a business owner myself, i really hope Management can setup some training for their staff. I don't blame the lady who helped me. Judging from the reviews of this particular store there are obviously a lack of training for not only customer service, but training on time management and motivating staff to help customers even if they have to stay back 5mins. Had a worst experience here . I transferred my business account from previous guy and he is still showing in my account, they said they cant remove him but they are charging me and need my money . Moved to vodafone, they said i dont need appointment and can walkin at anytime .

I went to Coomera Telstra to upgrade my iphone. Anna assisted me and was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me and ensured I received everything I required. I have been upgrading my phone every few years with Telstra and have never had a better experience. I appreciate how smooth the transaction went and the communication from Anna in setting up the phone. Thank you Anna for all of your hard work.

The people in this store are absolutely horrid. As a customer my wife voiced her dissatisfaction with the service that she was receiving and the young woman working in store refused to serve her and threatened to call security on my wife and our 1 year old baby.Telstra Senior Management need to seriously do something about this store. The level of service is abhorrent.

This is by far the worst store in customer service I have ever experienced over the years. Thought I would give it another chance…NEVER AGAIN.Called this store numerous times, left message to call me back. Didn’t receive a call back so went into store the next day. Nobody in store other than 3 staff members.Simply asked about a phone and colour options and was told no stock of any phones, they have stock only for business customers and if I wanted help I would need to make a booking for later in the week as they were fully booked and very busy.Certainly didn’t have the (real) customers in store.

They took my name , I then Stood there for 20 minutes waiting while the 2 young boys sat there talking to each other, ended up walking out. Telstra you didn't let me down again with your great service
