Managed to fit me in on short notice however that’s the only positive. My rims (which are original SSR formula mesh) were scuffed up quite badly, which is really upsetting as they are quite rare to come across in the condition they were in and are worth quite a lot of money. Furthermore, I was also told that there are no such thing as directional tyres and that they weren’t both for the same side when they clearly were. If you have expensive/rare wheels and don’t want them to be treated like just any old set of stock steelies I suggest you consider going elsewhere

I've always taken my automobiles to Bob Jane no matter where I called home. This team has great staff that are professional and know their business. The only thing I will say is that the older team members who work behind the counter come across as rude at times.

Was told through email that I would get price matched and payed the 10 percent difference as on their website when getting new tyres with another store. When I went in and asked for this the customer service was appalling. Was shut down immediately and was told in a very rude manner that they have done enough. Lost money thanks to these guys

Saturday morning, flat tyre, put on the spare, headed to Bob Jane to get the tyre repaired, had to get a new tyre fitted and balanced, all done quickly and got a good deal.

After they change tyre, my four wheels has been damaged everywhere. that’s so crazy, I never seen that before when i went to other tire shop! it’s the worst experience!!! PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE BEFORE YOU LET THEM DO ANY TYRE SERVICE, Unless you wanna change 4 brand new wheels

Always helpful & happy, I bought a set of Pirelli tyres 7 years ago and I often go there to get nitrogen pressure checks and I never have a problem, just gets done right then, new set of Pirelli's due soon though.

Good professional staff. Reasonably priced tyres and wheel balancing. Slightly impersonal as they didn't introduce themselves nor ask our names. Coffee lounge needed a tydy up.
