John was so helpful with booking in the cinderella carriage for my wedding day, both him and his wife were there ready to go on the day dressed so professional and so friendly. The carriage was in immaculate condition and really added to that cinderella effect for my fairytale wedding. The white horses were beautiful too and so friendly. We arranged a horse drawn hearse for our mum’s funeral January 2023. On initial enquiry, John was so polite and professional. He passed on his condolences to myself and my family. He provided a really fair, reasonable and respectful quote which covered a decent travel distance. John respectfully liaised with family for preparation and called the funeral home to finalise arrangements for his part in our service for mum. On arrival, John presented the family with a gift of a horse shoe for our mum who was a big lover of horses. His presentation (a complete suit/tuxedo) was immaculate and he provided the family and other guests with an experience on the carriage after the service which helped to ease a small part of the heartache in that moment. I wholeheartedly recommend John and the Horse Drawn Cab Co. to anyone and I couldn’t more grateful to John for making mum’a wish of “one last ride” come true in the most precious way he could.
