Billabong Ranch

Had the best time at Billabong Ranch today with my family. The staff were excellent. They were so attentive and catered to every need. Kat and Blake were outstanding!! They organised our entire visit around the animals and the heat of the day and what activities we had to do, was so fun.Our little girl was made apart of it all and they were so good with her.Thank you so much guys, we will be back. If I could give you more stars I would. And they had lactose free milk for a coffee and gluten free ice cream and a delicious gluten free option for lunch. Very impressed.

Went with my family and nephews and nieces. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. It was my son and nieces first time on a horse and they are already organising to come back for another ride. The ladies and gent who took us on the trail ride were so kind and patient. My three year old niece loved her first time on a pony and all of the animals.Very much worth the trip!

We arrived late on a Sunday afternoon we had a game of mini golf and archery. Staff were attentive and friendly. We wish we knew about it sooner as we just happened across a sign for it in the street and followed the directions! Would go again and do trail rides

Thank you for a lovely day. I went on a 1-hour trail ride with my daughter taken with Zoe and Mary I believe on Friday the 6th Jan. They were amazing and made us feel very comfortable. We ended up spending the day experiencing what they have to offer and was not disappointed. The staff were so apologetic for the delay on my lunch and wanted to make this up to our family. This is not a service you get everywhere and this stands out to me as not only amazing employees but they must have great management from looking from the outside. Thank you for the day my children enjoyed.

Very fun time riding horses. We did the 1 hour ride, not a huge amount to look at in 1 hour, will return again for a longer ride which goes further.We walked 98% and cantered 2% due to younger children in the group being scared to do it. Which was disappointing as everyone then had to adjust their riding to accommodate them.Our instructors/guides were lovely, very friendly & Super helpful!

Absolutely loved our visit here! Can’t wait to come back and horse ride again!We saw the sign on the side of the road and drove all the way there (not knowing if it would even be open) just to have a look (we are animal people) we ended up doing the nursery tour which was okay but I feel like kids would love it (we are 21 years olds and we still really enjoyed it) we then went on a 1 hour horse ride with Roxy as our guide and she was absolutely amazing so friendly and when our horses got spooked (even though they didn’t get too scared) she made sure we were okay before we took off again and the whole way was checking in to see how we were doingThanks to our perfect horses Raspberry (even though I kept calling you strawberry you still looked after me) you kept me awake when you tripped over nothing a couple of times and I’ve forgotten the other ones name :( but they were beautiful Clydesdale x and I look forward to working with you all againWe absolutely loved seeing all the animals and I honestly can’t wait to come backWould highly recommend the horse riding here can’t comment on the other activities as we only did the animal nursery and the horse riding.

Many Thanks Jazz and team, we really had great fun yesterday 15/1/2023.I highly recommend this place for families. We did archery, animal walk n feed and pony ride. My daughter is so much into unicorn and ponies but was very afraid to ride one and had failed attempt somewhere else but yesterday she was able to overcome her fear for pony riding, all Thanks to JAZZ for motivating and giving confidence to my 4yr old. Even we also enjoyed the archery and kept getting more arrows to do more. I felt it's fairly prized too. Loved the hospitality of the staff. Will surely visit this place again.
