Manager is arrogant, and decietful.Poor communication and project always delayed.Check your lawyer first before signing a contract with them, it is one sided and will cost you lots of money.They don't pay their contractors well, ended up lots of people not working for them. A friend of mine have their house hanging for months as their Project managers keep on resigning, poor pay.Not recommended at all. I have them build our house in Rokeby years ago and ended up regretting it. Leaks everywhere. Cost me more money as they don't wan't to shoulder any responsibility.

1. Evaluation towards their Manager; very egocentrict, arrogant, self-absorb and provides hostile attitude towards its clients is one of the many horrible experience you will be facing if you decided to choose this organisation.2. Built was sub-par. Don't bother to complaint, they will not response to it anyway, it will just makes you stress and find yourself disappointment.3. Build not on schedule, poor project management skills and significant delays. Moulds on our property due to months of inattention.4. Poor communication.5. Great Marketing team, but built on empty promises though.6. Check your contract as they are not serious about finishing your house on time. Written only HIA $1.00 per week damages. Four months delayed is an understatement.I would seriously advised to find another builder, unless you want months of stress, and money to burn for its substandard project management skills, leading to poor build outcome.

Very nice to do business with

Moved into our Tassie Homes house over 6 months ago and we are still waiting for them to complete defects. Now they have their money they don't care and seem to think they can just forget us. The whole build process was quite stressful after signing the contract. Would not recommend.

I would strongly recommend finding another builder if you are considering using Tassie Homes. The lack of care factor from the staff once you have signed the contract is very poor. Tassie Homes employ bad contractors who do not take ownership for the work completed. We have many defects that should have been picked up through the build process. I included one of the directors in emails regarding my concerns about the quality of the build and also multiple items that had not been included from the specification list (now completed but be prepared to have to project manage the build yourself) and never got a response. The only time I heard from the general manager was regarding finances. Overall poor experience and unfortunately a bad (and costly) choice to choose this builder. I hope this review makes people think twice about using Tassie Homes.

Great staff and great customer service

I’m very shocked to see the poor reviews!! Our project managers in design and construction were fantastic to deal with. They were attentive and provided us with a seamless, transparent and enjoyable experience during our first home build.We had heard many horror stories prior to building with companies vs independent builders but we cannot fault the team at TH.I would recommend them as the best first home builders in tassie.From start to finish the team were fantastic in communication and catered to every need and question we had. There were no hidden costs or charges at conclusion of the build.I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

We are thrilled with our new Tassie Home.Braden and Kara were excellent and just made the entire process so effortless. Kara offered great advice during the design and made some valuable suggestions.On-site Braden was fantastic and communicated regularly, putting us at ease.We highly recommend Tassie Homes

The best company with the best staff ever! Restored our faith in the building industry and built us a beautiful new home. Highly recommend.

Their work looks quite fine .Imagine if they used me for their carpentry . Their builds would be next level .
