Grangewood Court Apartments

We loved our stay at Grangewood Court, very comfortable, new carpet and curtains, nice furnishings.The location was excellent, easy walk into the heart of Broadbeach, and to the beach.Mirung was lovely, and very helpful. We were waiting for our new apartment to be finished and she allowed us to leave all our pot plants in the garden and even looked after them for us!

Paid deposit before I got there $300 I paid a total of 2 weeks in cash and another deposit because my friends skin was dark but wasn't staying there with me. I later learnt that $650 had also extra come out of my account on top. When I confronted her at reception about it I lost the week coming and no money left. My account was cleaned. These people are thieves and will use other long-term residents as a back up to stand beside them and intimidate and make u leave. Please do not stay here they will steal everything u have and more.

Enjoyed our stay here, good apartment facilities, spacious, and good pool.They also had buckets and spades which can be borrowed and pool toys.Handy car park parking.Location has coffee shops, good food options all walking distance.

Good value for the price. Easygoing management who looked after us. Nothing fancy or special, but does the trick for a short no frills stay in Broadbeach. Just steps from the beach!

If I could give them less then 1 star I would. I booked on booking.com, when arrived I was told that they wanted to refund me because I had children on my booking & the room had been renovated. I asked for another room then for my 2 nights stay. They offered me 1 night instead & said having children was a inconvenience for there room. I travelled for this & had to book another place on the spot which cost me double. Would not recommend!

Room had everything we needed. They even provided us with sample size packs of things we might need during our stay (dishwashing liquid & powder, washing machine liquid). Staff were very helpful with anything we requested. Location is very close to everything we needed.Rooms were a little short on power sockets, but we managed to make do with what was supplied.

Been there twice and would definitely come back!The owner is very kind and helpful. The apartment is clean and nice. Beautiful hotel with safe carpark, I recommend it for family holidays!

Very unprofessional, asked to leave because of a disagreement. We paid over $150 for an extra bed as we had 5 people (2 bedroom) the bed they supplied was an air bed on the floor, it was flat after the first night. We advised the staff member who came to the room after complaint was made, knocked and walked in before us opening the door, we had family over for dinner and she started arguing with us telling us we paid for the extra person not the extra bed (there were only enough beds for 4 people) she then asked us when we wanted to leave, that night or in the morning, we had 4 more days left! She verbally abused us in front of our visitors and then saw the bed and apologised. This kind of service is disgusting. School holidays, drove from Sydney and she just expected us to leave over an air bed. It also smelt musty and mouldy and the curtains were covered in mould. Do not stay here!

I can’t even describe how I’m feeling by whom I am assuming is the owner, I have recently visited for a bowls tournament and have been dug at 3 times by the owner for something that was misunderstood. One of the situations were the car park, as I’m disabled I struggle to walk long distances on the best of days so I had parked in OUR PARK, underneath in which he assumed was not ours! Until proven wrong. But I’ll stop there as the stay has not been good.But I have a question!Do small businesses think there is no need for disability parking?!

Very poor service. Booked our room online only to have it cancelled the day before our trip (tomorrow). When I rang to clarify why our room was cancelled, I could hardly understand the lady who answered the phone. No valid explanation, no apology.. we had booked for two nights and she said she could only rebook us for one. We booked for two nights for a reason!! She then suggested that we would need to book somewhere else, then laughably said if we get stuck, give her a call back. Ummm no thanks!! Absolutely pathetic service.
