Manly Yacht Club
This is a fabulous little club perched on the edge of Sydney Harbour at Manly.A stones throw from the ferry or just park outside.If you're into sailing make sure you check out the racing calendar even if you are a beginner come and hop on a boat one friday evening for a twilight sail.They also rent out the venue so have a look at their website and come and say hello!

Had lunch here and enjoyed it very much. Nice setting, benches can be a little uncomfortable but would recommend it. Free admittance for foreigners as long as you have proof of address, I used driving license. Prices are quite reasonable for setting and location.

Having attended a wedding at the Manly Yacht Club previously, we decided to have ours there too. The location is lovely, with a huge covered balcony looking out over the water. We liked that we could hire the venue and had full flexibility to arrange everything else through suppliers of our choice. It was the perfect spot for the relaxed, easy going day that we wanted.

We signed up for the 11am Coffee Kayak trip which was excellent. Our guide 'Macho' was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This was a gentle paddle out to three amazing beaches, one only reachable from the sea. The party was of mixed experience but the paddle was well placed with an opportunity to explore the beaches. This was a great way to explore part of Sydney Harbour and is well recommended.

Hired this venue for an event recently. Had a horrible experience. The event was forecfully stopped by their security guard well before the contracted time and we couldn't end the event the way we wanted to. Club accepted the fault and refunded only the security guard fee...too small a compensation, given the amount they charge for the event !!

I’ve actually had no experience with Manly sailing – I belong to Manly Sailability and Manly sailing hosts us, our boats and all our equipment. They are incredibly helpful and supportive in every way. Manly Sailability would not exist without Manly Sailing.
