Just rubbish.they had a system issue whicha) didnt set my order to ship (but instead to pickup)b) didnt provide any updatestheir customer service made no effort to fix the issue rather than ship it out that day - no offer of expedited shipping (despite being made aware of the urgency)every interaction was initiated by me - mostly to follow up to see if they had done anything to fix the issue.would not recommend to anyone. just spend the extra for supplies at bunnings, it will save you and your family the stress

Quick delivery, which is impressive where I live. The boxes came wrapped in plastic which protected them from the rain and I could re-use for packing. The boxes themselves are good quality - strong enough for heavy things and long-term storage. I have bought other boxes and been disappointed, but these I have re-purchased due to the high quality.

I have used this company 4 times so far. The very last time however, was very disappointing as one item was missing once delivered. When I called and asked for the remainder of my order, I was told sorry, we made a mistake and the options are either you pick it up from the warehouse (50 km from where i live) or we will make a refund. To me this sounds like, well we don't care and this is all we can offer. That was enough for me to never try them again nor recommend them.
