My husband and I hired Ebikes for 3 days from bikeNOW. Awesome experience riding along the High Country Rail Trail. At bikeNOW, Nathan and his team were quick, efficient and very supportive. We are novices but very enthusiastic and were not disappointed. I look forward to hiring the bikes many more times and sharing this fun way of adventuring with my friends. Hi everyone, I purchased a road bike from BikeNOW the day before the boxing day sale 2022. I don't live in Victoria but Charlie helped me get the sale price the day before then. The service provided was amazing to me and my partner. All the staff there were very helpful in the search for the bike of my choice. Especially, Charlie & Christian. We arrived a little late in the evening but Charlie was very patient in managing A to Z in the purchasing process. Charlie also gave me a lot of tips about road bikes because I'm new to it. We were also the last customers at that time and feel grateful that Charlie and Christian helped us to the end. I really love my bike right now. Done a few rides with Nur. Can’t recommend bikeNOW enough. Their customer service is top notch and their shop is modern with a fantastic range of bikes to try out and test ride. Doug has gone above and beyond to address all my questions, reply to all my messages no matter the time of day and has easily convinced me that driving from 4 hours away to purchase some e-bikes from bikeNOW has been the best choice I could have made.

The team at BikeNOW have really looked after us. Partner dropped by and did a cheeky test ride shortly after launch, and some quick negotiations got us set up with two new bikes at a phenomenal price. They got it all fitted up nicely for us, hooked us up with some great deals on accessories (an 8+ year old helmet definitely needs replacing!), and made sure we were happy before we left the store.Thoroughly recommend the team (and the range!).
