I feel this supermarket is better stocked than either of the Woolworths nearby, but plan to stop shopping here now. Almost every time go through the checkouts, an item that was ticketed as being on special scans at full price. Example today, this chocolate appears to all be 30% off and yet the self-serve checkout assistant insisted the discount only applied to the 180g block, I.e. not the smaller block on the same shelf that I purchased. Misleading, and I’ve started to believe this is an intentional tactic at the store. Yes only $2 in this instance, but would add up over many items and transactions.

Just a note for Coles.On self check out or even any check out we are given options of printing a receipt or not.I wanted to exchange an item and I was asked for a receipt and would not exchange without receipt unless it was a coles brand.Maybe just do not give the option to print receipt or not just print it and so we will know in the future.

I ordered online (#118077413) as my baby was very sick and as a solo parent with no family around couldn't go to the shops these days, the delivery supposed to be at 1pm however the delivery guy arrived at 5.45pm only with 2 breads, I had a list of 15 items approx, the delivery guy said that my order was misplaced and couldn't find....didn't have any food today for us, my baby was so hungry that she ended eating the bread only. Very disappointed with Coles service, will never order again

A well set out supermarket that is seldom crowded, but well priced. Hidden a bit within the Bug Bear complex next to the Oaks Hotel on Military Road Neutral Bay. Parking generally underground. Worth a visit.

New addition to the car park, easy escalators.Drive in from Military Rd, or back entrance off Earnest St, 2hrs free.A lot of smaller trolleys available.Self serve counters as well.Toilets available same level near lift.Take lift to car park or the escalator.Sup2b 7am - 11pm..

I just want to highly commend the Store Manager Teddy Ragg & his team for the excellent assistance that I received from them when I shopped there earlier this week & I thought that my car had been damaged in their carpark. From my first call to the store answered promptly by a sales assistant who then had a team member call me back almost immediately & put me in contact with their store Manager. Teddy then went above & beyond in reviewing the relevant CCTV footage & finally proving to me that the damage was already evident on my entry into their carpark. Efficient, professional & always courteous service like this is just exceptional. Thank you.
