Great local community pharmacy with super helpful staff who have been happy to order in products when possible. Nice friendly alternative to the big name chemist chains. Location is easy to access too with plenty of parking and also opposite the station.

Having just arrived as a new resident to Altona Meadows , I was looking for a pharmacy that could offer the same service that myself and my partner have been accustomed to from a small pharmacy in regional NSW. We both have multiple scripts to fill every month, and the click and collect service will fully meet our needs. Lovely personalized service, He even took down the details of my Medicare safety net via my previous chemist as I don't currently have my card. I have now left my scripts there with confidence. Well worth the extra drive, I also really like the Westona shopping village with plenty of parking.

I have always found all the staff very helpful.The shop is always clean and bright not like some of the bigger Franchises. The pricing maybe a little higher than others in the area but the service makes up for that.

Rudest and worst shop in Melbourne! I was just randomly walking around the shop with my daughter and we weren't sure what to buy. the Indian look pharmacy guy (probably the owner?) told me that he saw I am looking around everything, don't look around and don't touch products. I've never open packaging but just looking behind the boxes to see items. I've never been to a shop asking me not looking around. This is the worst experience at a pharmacy with incredibly rude. better stay away!
