Big White was fantastic, lots of fresh snow, we skied powder snow each day as well as trees.great way to spend the week of our wedding anniversary!!There is a lot of ski runs, so we were always finding new runs and challenges, signage was great all over the mountain, night skiing as well.Overall, the Big White resort is very friendly and well priced, we never felt like they had us trapped so would price gouge us.We stayed at Sundance, which suited us, mini kitchenette in the room, hot tub in the snow, sauna room, and ski in ski out.We will go again for certain.Thanks, Judy, for making it all happen!!

MySnow Holidays (Jim Bob) have done it again! Great value, great recommendations and a wonderful 9 nights, 6 days holiday skiing in Queenstown NZ. This was our first OS trip since since January 2020 at Mammoth USA (also through MySnow Holidays) and it was interesting to experience the 'new normal'........be open to going with the flow as staff shortages everywhere means things don't run as smoothly as before. Jim Bob's recommendations were spot on; accommodation at Scenic Suites (great staff, food, room and location......top of the hill on Stanley Street), hotel transfers, ski hire, lift tics etc. There were a few hiccups (mountain closures, bus incident, transfer coy dis-organised) but, nothing that significantly affected our holiday. Other activities that were fun; the Ice Bar, KingPin bowling and arcade, excellent restaurants - White & Wongs, The Cow, Bella Cucina, Finz and Scenic Suites. Highly recommend MySnow Holidays and will be contacting them again for our next skiing adventure.

Another wonderful Ski holiday at Whistler Backcomb.Best location for the full package, good variety of dining, ease to get to destination, lots of activities to enjoy, and two big mountains to explore.Thanks MySnow.

We recently returned from an excellent snow trip to Queenstown, New Zealand. This trip was originally booked for the 2021 season, so it was fantastic that MySnow were able to transfer all aspects of our booking over to this season. Our family had a great time and will hopefully return to NZ in the future :)

A great experience. This is the third time we've booked our Canadian holiday MySnow Holidays and will do so again next season.It is so much easier than booking online. When you need to change anything, it's an easy process.

Our trip involved Air New Zealand flights to Vancouver then 10 nights at Sun Peaks Resort in British Columbia. Although we were delayed on the way over in Auckland, the flight was good and in flight service was excellent. We were lucky to arrive after the snow storm which hit Vancouver the day before as a lot of flights were cancelled. We flew to Kamloops the next day on time.We had great accommodation in Sun Peaks at Fireside Lodge which was centrally located in the village. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean and well appointed which justified the cost as we had plenty of room and 2 bathrooms. We could ski down to the lifts in the morning and back down another track right to our door in the afternoon. Absolutely so convenient. There was a great hot tub in the lodge located on the ground floor where our apartment was (#102).Our last 2 days were spent in Vancouver - a 3 hour free walking tour, a Harbour Seaplane flight in the afternoon and Granville Island for lobster rolls. Overall a great trip and well organised.

I've been booking my ski trips around the globe for the last 15 + years with Judy, and she has been excellent from start to finish. Couldnt, be happier with her service and support. Even on the odd occasion when things are good off-piste, she has been there to help and support. They are my go-to for Ski trips on service and price.

Nothing was too much trouble and everything was booked as per plans. All our travel accommodation and flights were perfect. All of this made our trip easy and fantastic.

Matt from MySnow helped us plan 2 weeks of skiing in the north of Honshu. Shizukuishi was fairly small, but there were no lift queues, so we did heaps of skiing. Appi Kogen was larger, and we got heaps of powder snow, & because there were no crowds, we were able to cut fresh tracks on piste every morning, and in the trees after lunch each day. There was no night life to be had at either resort, but the hotels provided great breakfasts & lunches, and the onsens were pleasant. Matt was exceptional in accommodating changes to our party, and organising the ground transfers.
