Well air-conditioned & easy to use PCs. I was able to apply for the two jobs using MyGov today, which I had to in order to fulfill my Job search requirements.

My wife with 2 month old baby and a toddler politely asking for help with check out, the librarian just point to self check out and she says you can do it there. The librarian is rude and unhelpful. Disappointed.

Nice library but way too noisy. Staff chatting loud and kids yelling around don't make this place a good studying environment as libraries should be.

Located in an historic building on the main Street of Williamstown, the library has a pleasant contemporary vibe and the designers have attempted to separate a Quiet Area" by putting it upstairs (also accessible by an elevator). But

This light filled welcoming library hosts wonderful literary and community events. Kind and skilled staff are consistently helpful. It is a great place to meet up, study, browse and learn. As Andrew Carnegie said: 'A library outranks any other one thing a community can do to benefit its people. It is a never failing spring in the desert.' Agreed.

It’s a nice space. But what’s the use if they’re never open at a time when I can actually be there? Really hope they revise the opening hours soon so they resemble something a bit more user-friendly.

Love the open, petite but fun space.Baby bounce here is fun too (on a Tuesday morning) although the space where this is done is a lot smaller than the other libraries in the area.Big fan of all of the recycling facilities too, staff are ++ friendly and happy to help.
