Extremely rude. I have dealt with this guy only twice, and he is so disgustingly rude towards me. He SHOULD NOT be doing a customer service role with this attitude towards customers. They don't even answer their stupid phone! I will be taking my business elsewhere thankyou.

There must be something very wrong here when Beard And Glasses can talk to you with an attitude and make you feel bad over next to nothing.There are plenty of post offices in the surrounding suburbs with staff that don’t talk to you like you’re a nuisance.

Very rude and unhelpful: the old chaps don't care about delivering a decent service anymore must have been in the business for way to long. AVOID IT plenty of choices in the area.

Absolutely Wonderful people to deal with............very polite even when the rudest of demanding customers are over expecting what they should and shouldnt receive when posting a product......some people need to understand that the SHOP that accepts the postage product has nothing to do with the freighting , delivery of the end product sometimes arrival time........customers need to understand that sending a $2.00 item from one side of australia to the other and expecting it there within a day or two and having someone track it all the way is absolutely ridiculous ..some customers need to read the postage booklet put out by aus post explaining rules prices offers and suggestions BEFORE blaming this family business ...ps: some customers need to just stop and take a breath and realise these are mostly family businesses offering a basic postage service ............John Pam & Ian take a pat on the back from me when I say that its horrible to see the way some fools treat you when ive been in your shop...................THANKYOU for the WONDERFUL polite happy continued service you have always offered my wifes and my local business...hope you have continued success in future Thank-You from Wes and Sue Seward

Never had a problem , always happyThe old bloke is always happy to help me out , even offer to re-tape lose , free bubble wrap , free newspaper to better fill the box .quite often his find a better way / cheaper way to post my item( offen mention it cheaper to post it this way or another way )When paying bills he take his time , doesn't rush you when you have multiple bill you need to pay.Im always happy to go there .
