My husband and I visited QVB Memory Block store today. We received excellent service from Karen, Sebastián and Diego who briefed us on choosing the appropriate photos and edited them into wooden blocks to freeze our good memories in Sydney. They are cheerful, helpful and professional.

Ordered Mother's Day special buy 2 get 1 free, but did not receive 3rd free as advertised as apparently does not apply in store. Queried why this was not specified on website as I paid the same price and can't expect $10 posted items to arrive faster than the 10min wait in store. Did not get further response. Would not recommend online service.

Rude franchisee owner at Chatswood Chase, only talks to customers who pay him first to print a photograph and asks then to leave saying the shop is very busy if otherwise, I have emailed you guys and also put a formal complaint to the concierge at Chatswood Chase, I hope to hear back from you, this is really bad for your brand image.

The memory blocks are beautiful. I thought they were going to be larger but that was my fault for not realising. It would be handy to include hangers or velcro with instructions but otherwise a great product.
