Townsville shuttle services

Posting on behalf of my mother who went to the airport to pick up my young daughter from the airport who was travelling alone. The driver also dropped my mother back. She wanted to say a big thank you for everything and highly recommends you and your service.

When we landed in Townsville we were met with a huge taxi line. A lovely gentleman called for chance of grabbing a shuttle to which we used your service. Delivery straight to our hotel was amazing and also offered a pick up service for our departure date. They arrived exact time we’d booked for and got us to airport. Highly recommend, lovely staff and reliable service provided. Thank you :)

Quick and easy. We booked online and it was super smooth. Half the price of a taxi from the ferry to the airport for three of us. Friendly service. Highly recommend.

I was picked up by Zenobia yesterday from the airport - a prompt and efficient service for an affordable price. Absolutely best service. The owners actually understood when we booked to collect grandchildren from airport and return to ferry. They look out for you and make sure you get to your destination on time. Our last time they even made sure we got on a particular ferry rather than have to wait another 1.5 hours for the next one. We had 4 minutes to spare. A very personalised service by very organised people.

This is probably the best shuttle service I've ever used! Excellent service, reliable and super friendly. We booked the night before arriving to Townsville and the website doesn't ask for any prepayment which was nice. As soon as we exit the airport we were greeted by friendly Rene and the shuttle was ready to depart. Everything went so smooth! Then we needed to go to the airport to catch our flight and called them last minute thinking it was probably too late, but a friendly lady (sorry I didn't get her name! ) Was lucky in the area and Arrived at our hotel in less than 5 mins, too good to be true! Great service and prices, highly recommend instead of grabbing an uber or taxi.

Every year we visit Townsville and since Townsville Shuttle Services started we've always used them for transportation between the airport and our accommodation. They have never let us down, have a user friendly booking system, confirm bookings personally, and always provide a friendly service.
