Visited today to get a script filled while I was visiting Meadow Springs. When I dropped it off I mentioned I had a concession card, it was also on the script. When to Coles, came back and found they had not charged as per concession card. Got that fixed. Got home to Mariners Cove to find my script was not in the bag with my medicines. I phoned as was told they had put it on file. Noone asked me!!! Drove down from Mariners Cove, picked up script. At home I noticed the pharmacy has spelled my name incorrectly, they couldn't even get Lynda right/as written on the script. Pathetic effort.

Customer service is good and some staff friendly but waiting times for scripts are so long. My elderly mother who is in so much pain standing there always gets stuck waiting on scripts when she’s allowed more than enough time dropped them off before hand and still has to wait when she returns. The Old blonde pharmacist lady Carolyn is so rude and judgmental.There meant to be there to help people and make life easier.

I use this chemist always as I keep my scripts in there I hope as not happy today as I went in and brought something that I use a lot at the moment last time I brought it I was told that they did price match and told me they put it in the computer system so tell them my name and it would come up on the screen I try to be nice but full e some reason Caroline is always rude and told me you don’t price match and it wasn’t on the computer and I didn’t get it for the price I said. Just so over rude uncaring people most of the chemist in there are so nice and caring I was made feel like I was a liar

I can’t praise the staff highly enough. I had an issue with a doctor writing out a script wrong and the staff were able to take time to explain to me, contact the doctor and put it right. I spoke with three or four different staff and all knew what was going on and were very helpful. 5* Pharmacy.

Great caring pharmacy. Paul took the time to go through my different asthma medications and see if I had any questions, informed me how they work and demonstrated how to use them correctly. Provided more information about how to use them than my GP did. Pricing on everyday items like deodorant and shampoo were cheaper than Coles too.

Absolutely lovely service, I’m terrified of injections but the lovely pharmacist took great care of me. 10 stars if I could give that many!!
