I would absolutely 100%, recommend the Emsella chair. I actually can not describe the benefit I have gained and feel, from this chair, I will be moving onto Emsculpt, to continue my healing journey. I would totally recommend Firm and Free. I used the emsculpt and although a bit daunting at first the staff were fantastic and I found it actually quite relaxing. I definitely noticed a firmness in the tummy area but also found I had much more confidence in myself and drive to continue my workout routine and push myself more. Many thanks

I’ve just completed the last of my 6 “Mummy Makeover” sessions at Firm & Free using the Emsella and Emsculpt machines.I was hoping to repair ab separation and strengthen my pelvic floor after having my babies and I can’t explain how much things have changed in just 3 weeks.My abs seem to have come back ALL THE WAY!!! Meaning that there is now no separation.As an added bonus, I have lost centimetres from my waist and have a noticeable change in tone.And as for the “Kegel Throne”… I noticed an improvement after the very first session and after the 6th, I am happily enjoying the trampoline with my kids.I highly recommend the team at Firm & Free and have been telling anyone who will listen how amazing and life changing these sessions have been.
