Absolutely appalling. I have always purchased my flowers from here when visiting palmdale cemetery. I have had a delivery previous years. This year i called the lady was rushed, i get they are busy. Trying to get flowers to my mum for her birthday and mothers day i was quite upset the lady was rude and hung up on me. When i called back asking did she hang up on me she saud yes she was to busy to deal with me as i was a bit upset and she couldnt hear me properly as i had some tears. Wow I am disgusted. Never again will i go hear. Its difficult enough without people businesses in the world like this.

L & A Flowerland created a beautiful native funeral wreath for my step fathers Casket.Professional, personalised and reasonably priced.I would highly recommend them for arrangements.We also received flower arrangements for our home from friends and the flowers were equally beautiful and long lasting.Leonia was extremely helpful.Thank you, Liana and Arcadia.

This lady was very rude & abrupt. To ring to double check your online order & be told very sternly 'I'm busy' is very unprofessional. She then rang me back & again sternly said 'I can't do it', the day before mothers day because she couldn't get one type of flower. How about 'Im really sorry but would you mind if i replaced these with these'? Yes the flowers got there but will never get my business again. Instead of going with a big company I thought I'd support local but will support a business that appreciates my money next time.

I ordered in advance flowers for birthday workmate with just general colours and price range. When I picked them up on way through to work, I was amazed and excited by the display. It was so beautiful and more than I had hoped for. Such lovely ladies even carrying the arrangement to the car and lending a towel so the water in the container was contained in the carry box. So lovely of them. Highly recommended for their quality of work and service.

I rang this morning last minute...it was my daughter's birthday no problem delivered and a very happy daughter. The flowers were beautiful so well done! I actually rang another florist in Gosford Imperial Centre the woman was yelling in the back ground how they couldn't deliver...quite rude so thank you L.A. Flowerland..

L&A provided us with native flower arrangements for our wedding - the flowers were delivered promptly on the morning and they looked fabulous. We had 3 arrangements and some button holes - all were great and we received many positive comments. The ladies were a delight to deal with and were extremely helpful.

Bought a bunch of roses from L & A Flowerland for the first time for our 1 st Wedding Anniversary. We’re told that the roses would open after a couple of days. Apon opening wrapped display found leaves and stems extremely wet and when assembling display in a nice cut glass vase , 2 of the rose heads fell off the top of the roses. Guess what after 2 days none of the roses have opened, but have dryed and faded. Very disappointed that they are selling old stock rather than throwing it in the bin. Will never go back and waste my money at this florist. First and last time.

Had a very large bouquet of flowers delivered for a special wedding anniversary from friends who do not live on the Coast. Beautiful fresh flowers, huge variety and a great colour range. Very impressed with the quality and service
