Do not use this company.Terrible experience, very rude staff and dodgy practices.

I had a bad experience many many years ago with Citywide and was adamant not to ever use them, but I had no choice as I was in urgent need.From Tracy taking the call and doing the investigation to determining what equipment is required for easy access to Junior coming out to do the job, Excellent".Junior (Staff member that was sent out to do the job) honestly impressed with the extra effort he put in to get the job done

Was quoted one price got charged 4 times that amount... be warned !!!

Wish I read the review before engaging them. Had to use them due to my usual guy missing in action due to sickness.Quoted $3** which already $120 extra from my usual go to guy. And turned up they charged me 70% more than the original price because he thinks it’s harder work. I can’t say no as I was desperate to get it done. So unethical. They could do this to anyone under any scenario. They can quote low and charge you double when he is on the site as cancellation on the site will cost you money too.Will never use them anymore. So ended up I paid 200% more than my usual go to guy.
