I can honestly say the best company I have had to deal with. I just brough a set of lights. Then they came on special. Ask them if there was a way I could get them with the $100 saving. Straight away I received a response saying no worries at all. Money was refunded back onto my card. No questions no hassle. This company has been wonderful to myself and husband and I would recommend them 100% A+++++++++++

We were travelling on the road and had issues with our 79 series. You could see they were busy but knowing that we were only passing through, Pia and Cookie went out of their way to check over our car and within the hour, they’d found the source of the problem and replaced the part. Nothing was a hassle and their customer service and friendliness was unparalleled. What an awesome way to run a business!

Had an issue with 2018 Ford Ranger with surging on highway and losing power, could have been a number of things. The guys let me know possible cause and where they were beginning work and possible costing. Through test driving and throwing it on the Dyno they systematically ruled it down to a minor sensor issue. Cheap fix thankfully, and back on the road same day! Will be coming back up from Brisbane to get tuning and extra work done by these guys, absolutely worth the travel to have your car looked at by people who are enthusiastic about their trade and customers.

Not very impressed with customer service, been waiting over 2 weeks now for a call back from the main man, not the first instance either, office lady says he has a call list to get through, must be hard to find time with all the Facebook posts of his dog I always see posted up! Just forget about it mate I’ll go elsewhere and spend my money, how hard is it to get back to someone

I had my car booked in for a tune & on the pre inspection they found an problem that I didn’t know about & I was able to take back to the dealer to be fixed under warrantyAlthough I didn’t have my car tuned there in the end because I am no longer in the area they really helped me by being very diligent and identifying an issue that could have caused me a lot of grief had they just performed the tune.I originally booked with them because I had only heard good things about them through word of mouth and it proved to be spot on from my dealings with them

Called into Diesel Power Unlimited on our way through Mackay with our 79 series after noticing some minor issues, was met by Pia who was absolutely awesome to talk to, very welcoming and helpful, Cookie didn’t hesitate to jump in and come for a ride to see if he could get the to root of the problem, very knowledgeable and professional at what he does, he was very thorough at looking over the car to find what the cause was to get us straight back on the road, being travellers we didn’t once feel like he was just taking us for a ride and wanting our money. Absolute awesome place and would recommend anyone passing through to book in to get some work done.
