I recently purchased a Vogue Pintel from StyleFires. I had installed a Magnum P300 in my present house when it was built in 1992. From memory the cost was around $1400 installed. Sadly, I recently detected a crack in the fire-box due to rust. (I live close to the sea.)First contact was with Kia, who was most helpful in working me through my purchase. All costs were explained. I had decided on the Vogue Pintel from information available on-line, based on the area I wanted to heat, its cost and its appearance. I paid $300 deposit over the phone and we were able to find a mutually-suitable install date in a fortnight's time.I received a reminder of the install date/time and all went ahead as planned. The old unit required removal. Others have mentioned Ron and Patrick in their reviews. These guys are a wonderful team. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable and very aware of the expectations of their customer. The functioning of the unit was demonstrated, and the whole job was completed in about 90 minutes. I later received an invoice by email for the balance of the payment. Cost of the install was $550. (I live 50k from Brisbane CBD.)I soon set about the required burning in" of the unit

Very knowledgeable, they spend the time to understand and provide advice on exactly what you want, we only had to wait 10 days from paying deposit to lighting the fire. Price was also competitive

We have just finished the installation of a Regency GF1500 gas fire. The initial, during and after service provided by Style Fires was efficient, pleasant and professional. We are now using the fireplace and it is fantastic exceeded all expectations. Totally recommend Style Fires.CheersJo and Phil
