We have been using Comet since October 2020 and they have been great. Excellent value and have been on time 98% of the time which is great! Very happy with the service and will be continuing to use them for the foreseeable. Thank you Comet!

On 30/4, I had a parcel delivered after purchasing a lift-chair for myself through ebay. I checked with the seller to find out if the parcel would be brought to my door (to help me get it in through the door, but not to bring it inside my house) *The parcel was obviously going to be big and likely heavy, and I have a partial disability, so I wanted to check what service was being provided.Overall there were a few miscommunications about the delivery, and the delivery driver didn't act professionally at the time. I've since spoken with Geoff, the Customer Service Manager through Comet and the matter has since been handled with utmost professionalism. I'm glad I raised my concerns. Thank you to Geoff for taking my initial complaint seriously. Great work.

DO NOT USE THIS LOGISTICS COMPANY!Very disappointed driver, sales and management team.They are using low rate to attract customers and then charge an unreasonable high price when they are delivering a service.The worst experience is they never care about customers. No matter how many effort you've tried to solve a problem with them, they just ignore you. Such a helpless company I have ever seen. Very hard to deal with.If you choose this company, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT TO CHARGE and YOU MUST PAY WITHOUT A DOUBT. This is the way they treat their customers.Choose them if you want troubles.
