X-Treme Fitness and Health Gym

Based on a friends experience with this gym and manager/owner Mary, I rate this gym a 1 Star, though I wish I could rate it 0 stars. In my opinion, Mary lacks the basic understanding of customer service, customer care and the knowledge to own/run a business. Mary has allegedly repeatedly harassed my friend for money though her contract has expired and has not attended this gym to work out since before her contract expired. No sign of remorse for these actions and continues to harass.My friend entered the gym with another friend of hers (they were going to dinner after this) to discuss the situation with Mary, also wanted to pay the last instalment (even though she is not required to pay as her contract has EXPIRED 4 months ago), and was faced with Mary yelling and screaming inside her gym, condescending tone of voice, and even following the two outside to their car on the street and yelling at my friends to ‘swing at her’. Mary is now trying to charge my friend $250 for having a friend with her.Now when it comes to the contract, Mary has allegedly forged my friends signature and written a faux license number on a form that states my friend as to pay $250 for granting her friend access to the premises. Sounds like to me she is just trying to SCAM more money out of my friend.In conclusion, Mary lacks the competency to create a positive atmosphere in her gym, the ability to build rapport with her loyal customers/consumers, basic understanding of customer service and the ability to run an ongoing business.This gym is a big old SCAM. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great gym! Clean environment and well maintained new equipment. It ticks all the boxes and the atmosphere is fantastic.

This gym is the best gym I've trained and I've been training for 16 years.It is incredibly refreshing to walk into gym that is so clean and tidy where members actually respect the rules.By far the cleanest toilets and showers I've seen in a gym.The equipment is state of the art brand new and extremely well maintained on a regular basis the owners of the gym take pride in going above and beyond for there members.You will not be disappointed when joining this gym.

There should be a 0 star rating. When contact is to be made Mary the manager pretends to be someone else and always uses her name in third person. Very rude and has terrible customer service. I’ve seen other bad reviews on here and her response to bad reviews are “ who are you, never been in our system”. Just so rude and does not know how to treat customers. Causes a lot of trouble and drama. I’ve never heard of any other gym treat customers the way she does. It’s just too much drama go somewhere else

Mary is amazing! So supportive, good energy and a nice clean gym. I love this space to get fit in because there is no intimidation and I get the right support to train to my goals.Placed in the right area and love the family vibe, very personalised service!

Very clean gym, equipment maintained and cleaned. It's great for all locals as you feelpart of a family with a 5 star customer service :)

Price is not that bad, but even if you hold the flexible contract, the staff there will never let you hold the payment and she won't tell you that you have to pay $5 per week when you pause the payment and the you will never get the deposit of your access key, which you won't be told before joining. They are running small business and everything is not that appropriate in terms of contract.

Very much enjoy attending and working out at X-Treme Fitness. Excellent customer service and friendly team and all the members I’ve seen are always polite and respect the rules of the gym.The gym is always clean, there’s a good range of music and the classes Mary runs are definitely a must for a challenging workout.Haven’t had any problems here and would highly recommend being part of team X-Treme!Looking forward to many more years training and working out at X-Treme Fitness in Riverwood.

The best thing I’ve done is join this gym! Truly, it satisfies the most three important factors.They are the following: pleasant environment, cleanliness, and organisation neat/tidyness.The environment is always pleasant and calm where all members are treated with courtesy and respect.You can surely count on management when it comes to hygiene. They do a decent job in maintaining the gym and it always smells great!Lastly and the most important thing is that the equipment/weights are organised and not over the place!As a very very picky individual, I would seriously recommend this gym to everyone.
