On collection of an item I'd purchased online, the service wasn't up to scratch. The collection ended abruptly for no apparent reason denying me the chance to ask for assistance taking the item out front. The ladies I spoke with over the phone however were very friendly and helpful.

Boutique/Family owned hardware store. Perfect location. Great to avoid going inside the belly of the beast St 'the other: hardware store.Helpful & knowledgeable staff. Very Good.

As always the team at Farinosi & Sons understand customer satisfaction. If you want rude and be treated like a battery chicken, go to Bunnings. I'll stick with old school manners and Trades knowledge every time.

Firstly I'm adding to an already positive review, i will say thier online service was fast.... So great work Faranosi & Sons. The one thing i was really good at in school was carpentry. So back in the early 80s when I was old enough to buy tools for myself i shopped at Mitre 10 in NSW, i still have those hand tools. Now I work as a Fabricator/Welder so i work with steel, Aluminium and Timber. Quite often i combine 2 out of those 3 and to do that you need quality tools, Mitre 10 has just that. Quality merchandise and great service from people who are friendly and know hardware. I bought a mitre saw off them recently and they very helpful in offering advice as to which saw would be best for my needs. Thanks Farinosi and sons.

I went to my local bunnings asking for help and was rudely dismissed to isle 28. Wrong isle and no help!!!Went across the river to Farinosi in Nortbridge and was given excellent of service. If the fabulous girl with dark curly hair sold fashion I would have stolen her for my business. Thankyou for your great,willing and knowledgable staff service, and good bye to bunnings

Fabulous store...loved it here..friendly staff and lots of them....parking right out the side....all goods were so tidily displayed on spotless shelves...highly recommend going here
