All Clean Blinds

This is the 2nd time I've used this company. Fabulous service and blinds look new again even after over 10 years. I can't recommend more highly.

All Clean Blinds were recommended by a competitor to repair blinds that were at an awkward height. They took details of the job, rang back to confirm it was doable and did the job at the agreed time and price. All the staff I spoke with were very pleasant.

Our blinds was returned with scratches into the aluminium and patches of discoloration. The good condition tilter wand attached was not returned but a replaced wand with a replacement cost.

Do not use this business. They have horrendous practices and poor customer service.- The ‘service’ man arrived over an hour late- He was aggressive and verbally abusive with an elderly female resident in my apartment building to get into our private car parking lot (which I had not mentioned or granted him access to)- He was also rude and verbally abusive to a friend of mine that was there to let him in. She was so threatened by his manner that she did not let him into the apartment- On attempting to reschedule with the business and use another service man, considering perhaps it’s just the guy they sent out, the receptionist turned the conversation around on me saying it’s my fault, my problem and they won’t accommodate for a specific time (not even just the first person for them to see that day). I found the whole approach to be quite rude.

We had our blinds cleaned recently which were quite dirty, All Clean Blinds did an outstanding job. Tanya was very helpful in the office and Jon our technician was excellent , ensuring our blinds were operating as new. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had every blind in our house cleaned by All Clean Blinds and I have to say for blinds we installed back in 2011, they look as good after the cleaning as the first day of installation. Removed all the stains from coffee spills, plus the mold and dirt - would recommend to anyone.

Went to their shop. No one was at reception desk and rang desk bell few times and still no luck. One of the other guy in queue decided to call them on phone and we could hear them answering the call upstairs. Lady who came down said sales person will come down soon to help us out or I can call or send them email with details. I had already wasted 15 mins there and had a meeting so went back home and sent them an email with all details requesting quote. After 2 days I got a response back saying they taking order for next year and if I still need quote. Today I went to Castle Hill Showroom of Luxaflex and got a quote in 15 mins. Yes installation will be next year as they said it takes 8 weeks and is standard across the board for plantation shutters.

Excellent service very happy customer. My blinds tracks were broken. The tracks were picked up at 8:30am and at 3pm on the same day, they were delivered fixed. Thanks so much.
