Vitamin King

Went to go buy my natal vitamins as I ran out and saw that they sell them and they’re located closer to home instead of going to parramatta, went into the store for them to tell me they would not sell them to me until I saw THEIR naturopath who won’t be in for another three days. I’m 8 months pregnant and have been buying these vitamins without a referral from other vitamin stores my entire pregnancy, with the approval of my doctor of course. I’ve now run out of my vitamins and have to drive somewhere else to buy them. Thank you for making a pregnant persons day a little more inconvenient based on your non-legitimate system.

I made an order and was supposed to pick up from the store . As Merrylands has been a hotspot for covid and number are going up I was a worried about going into the shopping centre. I called and asked if they can post my order . The manager then offered to drop it off at my place . Now that's top notch serviceThank you so much , will be buying all my supplements from Vitamin King Merrylands.

Product I received was rancid - though in date. Not sure if it is their storage facility or problem with supplier. Customer service was rude when trying to return the product, will never purchase again from this website.

Great place to shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff.For my overall health I would rather go here than to my GP or Chemist to be honest.

There is a particular calcium supplement that I could not find anywhere. Anish at the Marylands VITAMIN KING store has been AWESOME in getting this product to me when I need it, even though I am in a different state. He has been so reliable, efficient, helpful and friendly. Thanks so much, Anish!!

The prices are pretty standard for a Vitamin King/supplement retailer. I come here regularly just for protein and maybe pre-workout. The staff are all friendly, know their stuff and more than happy to offer an opinion. They even threw in a free protein shaker.

Mitchell is customer centric and has a wealth of knowledge I products. He educated us in what is best for our health being, he did this by asking questions and applying what would help us nutritionally! Thanks Mitchell I will be back

On Thursday 3rd October 2013, I went to this store to get some general advice and accordingly buy some protein supplements. I was very disappointed that the first thing the salesperson said after I asked for the price of one of the products that this is an expensive sport and I am joining a wrong sport!! Seriously? How do you know how much I make and regardless of that who are you to tell me if I should join this sport or not? Just cause I asked for the price doesn't imply I can't afford it!! Later, he collected me all these products without giving me the slightest idea about what they are for and if I wanna get them, he told me the price and expected me to buy it right away. It left me baffled- I had no idea what the recommended supplements flavours were which is essential, nor was I given any proper description to other products he recommended. Anyway, I then asked if he could give me the price of each product individually so I could compare the prices and then decide if I wanna buy them to which he replied that he can't give me the prices unless I decide to buy and to not waste his time. I thanked him and walked off the store for good!
