Very disappointed with their property management section. We had a property under management for 4 years and found through that period there was a constant churn of property managers - with no continuity of handover. Emails were often not responded to and on one issue I simply gave up. Inspection reports had copy and paste info from a previous reporting period where we know we had fixed issues. We also found out that when exiting they couldn't explain their own accounting system and we needed to reconstruct the tenant's payments for the previous years or two to work out if the tenant's payments were up to date. We also found that the tenant's bond was still in the previous owner's name. So, a less than ideal story to hear at the end of a 4-year arrangement.

Greg and George went over and above to prepare and sell our house. We were really impressed with how they handled the sale of our home in Paradise. We are located in NZ so were nervous about the process of preparing the house for sale remotely. They inspected the house, advised us on key works to be done, arranged trades and staging furniture and developed a highly successful sale campaign.
